Sturgeon Studios was born from my love for the energy of sports and a lifelong passion for photography. I saw an opportunity to combine the two and bring a level of sports media to Eastern Oregon that hadn’t been seen before.

What sets me apart is my drive. I don’t believe in doing the bare minimum — every project is an opportunity to deliver something exceptional. My work is bright, vibrant, and full of energy, capturing the emotion and intensity that make each moment unforgettable.

Based in Eastern Oregon, I work with schools, teams, and organizations across the region and beyond. Whether it’s a Friday night football game, a weekend tournament, or a large-scale community event, I’m there to cover it.

Some of my favorite moments come from the high-pressure, high-emotion plays — like capturing the raw celebration after a game-winning basket. Those moments are why I do this.

My vision for the future is to create a dedicated studio space where teams can come for professional media days and unique shoot styles, all in one comfortable, well-equipped location.
